Prior to joining eXp, he accumulated over ten years' experience in real estate brokerage, consulting and management roles, where he proved his ability to serve clients, reduce costs and optimize operations. In addition to his real estate, management and consulting experience, Mat also practiced corporate brokerage for over a year within his own management consulting firm, where he specialized in the acquisition, valuation and disposal of companies. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the needs of investors and entrepreneurs in the real estate sector. These skills translate directly into his ability to value properties, conduct effective negotiations and ensure smooth management of real estate transactions.
